Podcasts are one of my favorite forms of inspiration. You may have heard the saying that you are the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with. And that’s because everything is energy and we are influenced by other people’s light codes. Podcasts allow you to spend time in the energy of successful people and learn from their experiences. By virtue of witnessing others prosper you can see that it is possible for you too. You can model the habits and behaviors of these accomplished individuals and discover how you can achieve the same success for yourself.
Podcasts have a way of shifting your perspective and opening your eyes to realities you didn’t know existed. I cannot begin to tell you the number of times I have been divinely guided with a podcast as a catalyst. The following are podcasts that changed my life. I can’t wait to hear how they transform yours too. They are especially potent when you feel stuck or lost. Use them to imbue your life with the fresh air of change and possibility.
5 Life-Changing Podcasts
1. Earthspeak– Formerly known as Dream, Freedom, Beauty, Earthspeak is a meditation on our innate connection to nature and an exploration of the realms beyond the veil. If you like your podcasts with a side of woo like I do, this one takes the cake. Our benevolent host Natalie Ross acts as a bridge to Spirit and interviews mystical souls who are guaranteed to expand your consciousness. Her work is testament to the fact that magic does exist if you’re open to perceiving it.
Notable episode: Ariella Daly
2. Him & Her Podcast– I first discovered Lauryn through her blog The Skinny Confidential and continue to appreciate the dedication she has to aesthetic, ambition and real-ness. I’m guessing this Gemini queen has some serious 8th house in her chart because she’s not afraid to shed light on society’s taboo topics such as plastic surgery, sex and placenta pills. Lauryn and her entrepreneurial husband Michael are an influential power couple that have interviewed heavy hitters from Tim Ferris to Jessica Alba. If you’re looking for hot tips that will springboard you to success, give this one a listen.
Notable episode: Alice Little
3. Super Soul Conversations– I would be remiss if I left one of the most celebrated personal development podcasts off the list! Oprah is one of the most inspirational public figures of our lifetime. Her interview skills are unparalleled, she has her finger on the pulse of the public and she has a knack for getting to the heart of any topic. Every episode I’ve listened to has been profound and engaging. I always appreciate the diverse backgrounds of her guests and the unique stories they have to tell.
Notable episode: Eckhart Tolle
4. The Cosmic Lifestyle Podcast- Whether you’re an astrology novice, expert or somewhere in between, you’ll love Claire’s fun and informative foray into physical astrology. As a Sagittarius rising she’s a natural teacher with infectious enthusiasm, unafraid to delve into deep and vulnerable territory. She presents astrology through a personal and practical lens that is equal parts accessible and empowering. I have learned so many mind-blowing insights from Claire, at this point I’ve lost count. As an unashamed superfan, I also recommend her astrological fitness program and health consultations.
Notable episode: The Moon and Digestion #37
5. Expanded– This brilliant podcast is hosted by Lacy Phillips, manifestation guru and creator of To Be Magnetic. What sets Lacy apart is her straightforward, no frills approach to the metaphysical field which is too often shrouded in Neptunian nebulousness. Her podcast has introduced me to topics and ideas that I previously knew nothing about, such as astrocartography, psych-k, human design and more. And because Lacy has usually collaborated with her guests in some capacity prior to interviews, they have excellent rapport- no awkwardness here. She facilitates from a place of inner knowing and experience and I wholeheartedly enjoy her old soul vibes.
Notable episode: Shaman Durek
