Most of our daily activities, the actions that we take, are happening on an unconscious level. What are your habits that you do automatically, that are running on rinse + repeat? Are they supporting the life that you want to create or are they holding you back?

A powerful practice that can launch you closer to your goals is to study the habits of successful people and make those things your habits. It’s an easy formula that will reap profound transformation.

First, identify your expanders- those inspiring individuals who are getting the results that you want. Next, find out what that person is doing. If you do those same things you will achieve the same results! It’s just a matter of doing your research.

What are their morning rituals and daily non-negotiables? What are their favorite books? What is something they believe that other people think is crazy? What quotes do they live by? What is the most worthwhile investment they’ve ever made?

When you see that it is possible for these CEO’s, millionaires, influencers, and philanthropists, you can see that it is possible for you too. When you take bold action and model the behavior of your expanders you will begin to watch it play out in your reality.

Time is your most valuable resource. When you spend your time on empowering habits that build you up, that allow you to attain mastery, the life that you’ve always dreamed of becomes easy because it’s created from your habits that are operating every day on autopilot. If your goal is to serve, when you emit that uplifting energy out into the Universe, your success is inevitable.
