What No One Will Tell You About Manipulating Time
A problematic societal belief is our commonly held concept of time. We are taught many damaging ideas about time from a young age that work against us rather than for us. Examples include, “I’m running out of time,” “Time is of the essence,” “Not enough time in the day,” “Each year time seems to fly by faster,” etc. These limiting beliefs surrounding time are part of our cultural makeup. They do more harm than good by suggesting that time is a limited commodity, which results in a scarcity complex.
What if I told you that you have the ability to manipulate time? To stretch it or slow it down? In Maureen J. St. Germain’s transformational book Waking Up in 5D she explains that our spirit guides are always close by, waiting in the wings to support us. One of the many abilities they possess is the capacity to manipulate time.
Always Enough Time in the Day
Next time you are in traffic and you are worried about getting to your destination at a certain hour ask your guides to help you arrive “on time, in plenty of time.” Be open to any guidance that they may impart; you may receive a gut feeling that you should take a certain exit or a different street than normal- make sure to listen! Then watch with amazement as this request shifts the passage of time and you arrive at your appointment with time to spare. I have had the pleasure of witnessing this take place again and again.
Of course, this also works in other contexts. For example, perhaps you need to accomplish a certain amount of work before you go home, but there doesn’t seem to be enough time. You can use the same process as described above to accomplish your tasks with time to spare. Your guides are happy to help! But don’t forget to thank them. This is a truly wonderful and life-changing technique that most people don’t know about. Hopefully this exercise challenges your preconceived notions of time and enables you to form a new, empowering belief that you have access to as much time as you need on any given day.
Embrace your Multi-dimensionality
Another aspect of time that should be challenged is the idea that it is linear. In a linear perspective of time we are born, live out our days on Earth and then we die. I don’t know about you, but linear time does not ring true for me personally; it feels empty and false.
Like Maureen J. St. Germain I believe that time is a construct. The past, present and future are all happening simultaneously. And believe it or not our actions have the power to change all three. As multidimensional beings we have access to multiple timelines at once. Your beloved family dog that passed away is still with you now. If you’d like a poignant and illuminating example of this that challenges your current beliefs about time I highly recommend the film Arrival starring Amy Adams.
How do we unplug from the linear time matrix? St. Germain advises that the best way to do so is to first and foremost avoid looking at the clock. Doing so locks you into the linear time model purported by mass consciousness. Avoid using an alarm clock; experiment with asking your guides or the archangels to assist in waking you up at the right time. Other actions that allow you to unhook from time includes participating in daily activities during random times rather than subscribing to a routine. For example, avoid drinking your morning coffee or watching the news or going to lunch at the same time every day. Instead, choose to do so when it feels good energetically.
Unplugging from the time matrix allows you to begin thinking for yourself which gives you the power to alter your reality. Therefore you are better equipped to fold and manipulate time; command it and it will be so.
This is pure GOLD!!!! 😍 All of this resonates SOOOO much I think I’ve a new book to order as well now ❤️
Thank you for your kind words 🙂 You will absolutely love Waking Up in 5D. Her insights about time are mind-blowing, but that’s just the tip of the iceberg. I can’t wait to hear what you think.
